    What Can It Hold?

How to Prepare for a 5 Yard Dumpster Delivery

Keep the following items in mind so your 5 yard dumpster rental can be delivered without any complications.

    Clear the Area:
About 50 feet of space is needed to drop off a roll off dumpster.

    Remove Obstacles:
Remove anything in the way of the delivery area. This includes cars, household items and anything in the nearby area.

    Ensure Clearance Space:
Approximately 18 feet of clearance space is needed for a dumpster truck to ensure placement. Check to make sure there aren’t any trees or hanging wires that obstruct the placement area.

    Designate Delivery Area:
Determine where you’d like a dumpster to be a placed. This will be discussed when you set up your rental and can be assured by marking the spot with a cone.

    Avoid Hazardous Items:
Avoid throwing any prohibited items in your dumpster, which can result in additional fees.
